Where do you ship? We currently ship to all 50 states in the United States.
What are the shipping options and times? We offer the following reliable shipping methods (business days, excluding weekends & holidays):

- Free Standard Shipping (7-14 business days): $0 (on eligible orders — check product page or cart for thresholds)
- Free Shipping (7-14 business days): $0 (same as above)
- Standard Shipping (7-14 business days): $10
Most orders ship within 1-3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number once your package is on its way.
Do you offer free shipping? Yes! We offer Free Shipping (7-14 business days) on many items and orders that meet our current thresholds (usually $50+ — displayed automatically at checkout).
What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in original packaging. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or arrives damaged (in which case we cover it). Contact support@virtuallymillie.com to start a return.
How long does it take to process returns/refunds? Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
Are your products handmade or mass-produced? Our collection features a mix of high-quality sourced and carefully curated pieces—many with artisanal touches for that unique, premium feel.
Can I change or cancel my order? If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us immediately at support@virtuallymillie.com. Once shipped, changes/cancellations may not be possible, but you can return after receipt.
